Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: At least a master's degree from an accredited college or university, or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in any field and one year of experience in a student services role on a college or university campus; or at least an earned bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience as an academic advisor, academic support professional, or related activity in lieu of the master's degree. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs or related field; experience working with programs focused on developing grit, growth mindset, mental resilience, or other persistence-based interventions; direct experience with students in transition; experience using Banner Student Information System; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; ability to use different avenues of communication. Experience teaching at the college level.
Physical Requirements: In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor physical demands strength ratings, this position will perform sedentary work.
Sedentary: work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs may be defined as Sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other Sedentary criteria are met.
