Cascadia's vision

Our goal is to help others learn about and express a commitment to pluralism and social justice. This commitment comes first from employees so that we may competently help students learn to respect, value and support difference.

We acknowledge that this is an on-going process that renews itself with the start of every academic year. Yet, we ultimately hope that students will understand these concepts and carry them forward to the next stage of their lives.

The Committee for Institutional Pluralism and Social Justice meets to discuss these issues and develop initiatives.

When you see the Pluralitree above, you'll know that you've reached a place that understands and supports pluralism and social justice.
