Department: Financial Services Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of Plant Accounting and Inventory Control, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the Asset Management (AM) database for all inventory records, reviewing and reconciling all new purchases between the AM database and the general ledger and providing effective communication to the campus community regarding policies and procedures relating to inventory control of UMBC and the Board of Regents of the University
