Execute all aspects of on campus recruiting efforts. Specific focus on being the lead with the organization and development of all unofficial visits, while assisting with game day visits, Jr Day programs, official visits and other duties assigned with the recruiting department. Assist with the retrieval and documentation of prospects and transcripts.
Provide administrative support for the offensive coaching staff and recruiting department in the following areas: practice and game preparation, expense vouchers, correspondence, travel arrangements, phone communication. Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year experience in college or professional athletics organization. Computer knowledge essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.
Ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or player personnel at the FBS level and/or experience in opponent scouting. Playing experience at FBS and professional level preferred. Preferred experience with ACS, ARMS, XO'S, SO'S Thunder Scout, Hudl, Teamworks, Microsoft Office, Visio, Jump Forward, Pro Football Focus, Tableau Reader, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Photoshop.
