The Contracts Manager is responsible to the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration, Quillen College of Medicine for review, processing and management of all contracts for the College of Medicine and Family Medicine. This position is responsible for:
the negotiation, creation, review, execution and management of all contracts including physicians’ Professional Services Agreements for ETSU Health;
advising and counseling to C.O.M. departments and ETSU Health on all matters including budgets related to contracts;
assisting the Associate Dean with goals and objectives; and
performing other related duties as assigned.
