Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares internal department financial reimbursements, i.e., direct payments vouchers, Inter-Department Orders (IDOs), purchase orders, travel reimbursements; coordinates billing with other vendors and divisions; maintains records and follow-up.
Maintains department financial records; maintains and reconciles account ledgers; processes transaction corrections; prepares documentation for payment; responsible for departmental accounts payable.
Monitors research study budget; formulates budgets for new grant applications and continued grants; assists with preparing annual department budget.
