The Teacher Education Department seeks to hire a 12-month clinical instructor/assistant professor for the Montessori graduate program. The successful candidate will teach primarily in support of the Montessori program. They will oversee the Montessori program, including recruitment, student and faculty advising, program development, overseeing, maintaining, and cultivating partnerships within the Montessori community and in the public sector. They will coordinate and support the off-site Montessori programs affiliate faculty. The person in this position will be expected to participate in program-wide continuous improvement related activities including a review of assessments, data analysis, program/curriculum review, and report writing. Other programmatic activities include attendance at meetings of the Teacher Education Department and other School of Education events and activities, such as alumni events and information sessions. The position may include additional responsibilities as assigned.
