The Game Innovation Lab at New York University is seeking one (possibly two), postdoctoral researchers positions.
New York University is one of the top private universities in the United States. The NYU Department of Computer Science and Engineering, within the Tandon School of Engineering, houses several world-leading research groups in core and applied computer science. The NYU Game Innovation Lab, housed within the department, is devoted to revolutionizing games with the help of AI and revolutionizing AI with the help of games.
We seek researchers with a completed PhDs who are passionate about AI and games. Candidates should preferably have previous research experience in line with the current research ongoing at the Game Innovation Lab, or have research experience in other fields of AI and a vivid interest in games. In addition to being capable of world-class research in AI and games, the successful candidate must also be and willing to help advise students and participate in the management of the lab. The length of the position is at least one year, with a possible extension, depending on available funds.
