Support Scientist – Microbiology Sprout
General Description:The incumbent serves as a support scientist, working as part of a team, to investigate the effects of a wide variety of food technologies on the safety of foods. Laboratory research in food safety is conducted involving foodborne pathogens and the conditions of food production and holding that may lead to its growth and survival. The broad range of techniques relevant to the fields of food microbiology and food technology will be used.
