The Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas seeks applicants for a full-time non-tenure system faculty member (Assistant Professor of Instruction, Associate Professor of Instruction or Professor of Instruction) to help with the growth of our undergraduate program in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will be required to develop and teach courses in Introduction to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, and SHRM Certification Preparation.
The level of appointment will depend on the candidate's educational background, teaching experience, and industry experience. Applicants for this position must have academic credentials in one or more key areas listed above.
Additionally, applicants will be expected to provide mentoring and leadership to students and student organizations and represent the university and degree program at various events (e.g., student recruiting open house).

Preferred Education and Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience as a HRM practitioner or five years of academic experience teaching HR is required. Ten years of experience as a HRM practitioner is preferred.
