A postdoctoral researcher position is available at the Geometric Computing Lab of New York University.
The goal of the project is to develop tools for the analysis of large-scale 3D shape collections, by designing novel geometry processing and machine learning techniques capable of robustly processing and manipulating massive collections of geometric data. We are looking for candidates with experience in either geometry processing, computer vision, machine learning, scientific computing, or mechanical engineering.
Successful candidates will work at the Geometric Computing Lab of New York University, located in downtown Manhattan. The project will be supervised by Daniele Panozzo and Denis Zorin.

Candidates should have publications in top venues in either Computer Graphics (SIGGRAPH, Eurographics), Geometry Processing (SGP), Computer Vision/Learning (CVPR, ICCV, NIPS), or Scientific Computing (Supercomputing). The expected duration of the post-doc is 1 or 2 years.
Completion of PhD in Computer Science or similar area.
