The Director, ERP Application Services is a key member of the Enterprise Technology team responsible for optimizing the value of enterprise administrative applications in support of strategic and on-going operational needs of the College. The Director is responsible for all resources and services needed to maintain Data Integrity and System Administration for all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, to include payroll, student registration, human resources, course management, grades, transcripts, inventory, accounting, space management, etc.
Master's Degree in technology or related field.
Five years' experience managing complex ERP system environment as a system administrator.
Three years of supervisory experience in a technology environment.
In-depth knowledge of one or more ERP systems and associated products, Ellucian Colleague experience preferred.
Experience managing IT projects, troubleshooting complex IT related problems, planning IT related projects, software acquisitions, working in an ERP related environment, application development in an ERP related environment.
Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
